The nose is sharp and well focused with sultana sweetness, seaweed, light peat, gingerbread, grapefruit zest and iodine with
tantalizing notes of she
rry.
The palate has sweet, fruity flavors, along with touches of sea salt, peat and vanilla that ultimately fade into a lingering, elegant finish.
The finish displays deep cocoa notes, magnificent vanilla and lingering earthy peat and is
enormously chewable.
